Shipping policy
By placing an order with Gulliver's Whisky, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@gulliverswhisky.com, before placing your order.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted on the web stores itself and by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible but despite this, slight variations in items may occur. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and the carriage charge will appear at checkout. For our Bottled products there is a flat rate charged for Mainland UK.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
We may refuse at our discretion to accept an order:
1 where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
2 if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
3 if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
4 where goods ordered by you are not available;
5 if we do not deliver to your area;
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment or 'purchasers remorse'.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. By placing an order, you consent to a credit data search, which will leave an ID check footprint. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order. Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of shipping option selected.
It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18. Gulliver's Whisky uses PayPal or Shopify payment services For All Online Transactions.
We use PayPal because we believe it to be a very safe way to buy goods online. PayPal is an international secure payment service used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.
Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.
Processing Your Order & Delivery
We aim to get all orders to you within 3-5 working days but this may be longer at busy periods. We use a third party courier and on occasion we do experience breakages or delays. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues, either re-sending or refunding any items that do not make it to you.
We deliver across the UK mainland via various couriers including DPD. We may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Gulliver's Whisky and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email immediately at info@gulliverswhisky.com stating your order number.
To purchase products from Gulliver's Whisky, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside.

Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside the UK if you have a UK billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within the UK.
Merchandise Purchases:

To provide you with the best selection of top quality branded merchandise, all of our Gulliver's Whisky, Samuel Gulliver & Co. and SG&Co. items are made to order by our by our partner, Printful.
Every item is made to order, bespoke to you and your requirements and then shipped to your chosen address. All the sizes, colours and information are included to help you make your choices, but if you are unsure about anything please get in touch with us.
As all items are made to order, it can take a bit longer as production starts once you click and payment is processed, we will keep you informed every step of the way, but normal timeline for branded merchandise products to arrive is 5 to 9 days depending on item, with the shipping rate calculated on checkout before you purchase the item.
Due to the bespoke nature of the merchandise, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for consumer's remorse or buying the wrong size or colour. However, if items arrive damaged, please email us at info@gulliverswhisky.com before returning as per our normal returns policy above.
Each item is made to order and shipped directly from manufacturer in Europe by choosing their own courier.
Delivery Options & Restrictions
Standard Delivery (3-5 Working days) £5.99
Please note deliveries are not made Saturday or Sunday, and that any orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and midnight Sunday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a better service at our cost.
We currently only dispatch items within the UK.
Delivery should normally be made by 5:30pm.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
